Peke A Tzu Rescue
Foster Journal

We thought all of you out there would like to see what happens here in our home so we decided we would pop in on occasion and let you know what we are doing. Some days it is just the same old routine, but other times we have a lot of excitement.
Each night as we settle down and climb into bed we gather close and say a prayer for all of the pupsters that are in need.

For those of you who may not have the opportunity to meet our pupsters we welcome you to
Visit our Sanctuary.

We hope you enjoy hearing about our activities and seeing a few pictures. The majority of the time you will see us happy, healthy and well groomed, but there is a significant cost involved to get each of us to this point which can be viewed at Foster Vetting Costs..
If you would like to help with our vetting costs please let all know about our Magazine Fundraiser

Ummm, Barley here can tell you right now that I had absolutely nothing to do with dragging the potato chip bag off from the counter. I have been here in the living room minding my own business for quite some time now. I just cannot believe that you would think I had anything to do with this! Does this look like a face that would do such a despicable thing???

Well, as you can see Mr. Deer was busy once again this year. Here is the proof although we never see him. Mrs. Deer is absolutely beautiful and the babies are so cute. We pupsters love gazing out the window watching them. Sometimes they get up really close to the house.

We know they are eyeing the flowers, but they behave during the day. They sure do have fun at night though. Mom and Dad are not too pleased with there nightly visits and the language gets shall we say a bit "colorful"?

You know there just isn't anything better than being surrounded by those you love. It gives you such a soft, furry feeling in your heart. Whenever I take my nap I make sure I gather all those I love close around me and always tell each how much I love them. In this pupster's opinion there just isn't enough love for others expressed in the world we live in. As Mom always tells us "Love Conquers All" and there is so much truth in that!! Try spreading your love..you may be surprised by the results.

Boy are we pupsters in style now. Mom got us some new pee pee pads. Yeh, I know you are probably asking why we would get excited about something like this, but we just can't help ourselves. Pretzel here thinks they are so cool. You know I am one of those that doesn't think a pee pee pad should be used to relieve ones self like some of the other pupsters. I prefer to stretch out and relax on them. So, at least now I have a bit of color to enjoy instead of those plain old drab white ones!! Just need to ward off the pee pee pupsters so I can enjoy myself.

I am telling you right now Mom, Pogo here is not going to put up with the pupster bandits taking my favorite toy anymore. I have tried to be diplomatic as you tell all of us to be, but enough is enough. I need to take more drastic measures to maintain possession of my toy. So, you may want to forewarn the pupsters that there will be consequences if they insist in continuing on this path of thievery!

Brisco reporting in on this last day of August. You know I am so thankful every single day for all that I have. Mom and Dad are so thoughtful and love me so much. I was very insecure when I arrived for no one cared about me and I had been thrown out on the street with no where to go and let me tell you being blind made it so scary. Now here I am and I get anything my heart desires. You know all of us should be so thankful for all we have. Just look around you for there is always someone who has less than you do. Reach out and help for according to Mom and Dad what one receives in return is priceless!
