Peke A Tzu Rescue
Foster Journal

We thought all of you out there would like to see what happens here in our home so we decided we would pop in on occasion and let you know what we are doing. Some days it is just the same old routine, but other times we have a lot of excitement.
Each night as we settle down and climb into bed we gather close and say a prayer for all of the pupsters that are in need.

For those of you who may not have the opportunity to meet our pupsters we welcome you to
Visit our Sanctuary.

We hope you enjoy hearing about our activities and seeing a few pictures. The majority of the time you will see us happy, healthy and well groomed, but there is a significant cost involved to get each of us to this point which can be viewed at Foster Vetting Costs..
If you would like to help with our vetting costs please let all know about our Magazine Fundraiser

Whoa, you can tell spring is really getting close now! We received this surprise in the mail. There are little gardening tools, gardening gloves and Mom is practically doing somersaults. Now we pupsters are sure there has got to be something else in this basket..you know some treats or something. We just do not get excited about the same things Mom does. We'll just keep looking and keep our paws crossed there is something to eat in this basket!

Yum, Yum….Dad bought Mom her favorite pie…raspberry. Now Classie may not be able to see, but her nose leads her to the goodies. She was having a fit so Mom let her get a whiff of the pie. She was in seventh heaven. Rather or not we'll see a piece of the pie is another story. Mom can be very selfish when it comes to anything that has raspberries in it. Her number one rule for us pupsters "We share here" goes right out the window when it comes to her raspberry pie!

Well, Cameo may be in a bit of trouble. Mom was getting ready to take pictures of some purses to put on eBay and she had them sitting on one of the dining room chairs. She had to take a quick potty break and Cameo decided to help herself to one of the purses and at the same time dumped the rest on the floor. Guess who is looking at a BIG time out? Yep, Miss Nosy Cameo, that's who!

Geez Auntie Jan do Jingles and Nila here really have to go? I know you have told us we are going to a wonderful home, but we just need to be reassured you know. We thought it was really cool at first, but now we are having second thoughts about this Forever Home thing. OK, if you say this is the best thing for us we believe you for you have never told us an untruth. As long as we know you will keep in contact with us we will be OK. We'll try to look at this as the greatest adventure of our lives just like you told us it is going to be!

Fargo here surrounded by pupsters trying to organize a strategy to take my favorite toy. I am here to tell you that no pupster will take this away from me. I will overcome any strategic attack and protect my toy at all cost. These pupsters do not know who they are messin' with here!

Hey all you pupsters!! Halo reporting in. Yep, I am in my favorite position and loving every minute of it! I'll tell you what I am definitely getting more than my share of attention…as if that is possible and couldn't ask for a better Forever Home. I say my pupster prayers every night for all of you hoping that your special home is waiting out here for you!

Denim reporting in. I am new on the block and just wanted to thank everyone at Doc's for taking such good care of me. Had to go in for a dental, dew claw removal and also removal of my all together..if you know what I mean. Everyone was so nice to me and I might even consider going back to get more of these wonderful snuggles! I fell in love with several of the ladies and they just could not resist my pupsterrisma!

It has been a great month for all of us! Some of our pupster sisters and brothers found some great homes this month and we are so happy for them. Our Auntie Judy came home from the hospital and we are so thankful she is doing well now. And then spring is here and we are looking forward to helping in the garden and laying in the sun. See you in April!
